I am just starting to some marketing for restaurant and I want to increase their catering sales. I know of some places that are great for lunch catering such as doctor’s offices, car dealerships but would appreciate any more help.

I would say pretty much any corporation in the area that doesn’t have their own cafeteria on site. They are always having meetings, birthdays, etc where they bring in lunch!

Answer by fairbetsy Go to your local city/town hall and ask for the application for a catering business.
There should be an information packet on what licensing you will need, how you schedule an inspection by the health inspector, what all the fees are and so on.

Answer by 107proof I guess it would depend on what type of entertainment site you are wanting to runn, gambling, adult, music, etc…
Answer that and someone could probably give you a better idea of what it will cost, what you should know etc…
but most of all, you can have as many sites as you want, but if people dont know about it, then they wont go there and you wont make any money, so ADVERTISING will probably be your biggest expense. Hope this helps.

Go downtown and talk to the owners of the bars you would like to work at. I’ve landed all three of my bartending gigs that way.

I think she’s a tribal dancer, but I’m not sure. I prefer Egyptian Oriental or Arabic styles.

Answer by Tiffany Buttz I believe Ansuya is a blend of styles, with it mostly being American Cab. She doesn’t really preform that much tribal that I know of. I don’t have any of her solo DVDs so I can;t say for sure what music she choreographs to but I have a feeling it would tend more toward what the BellyDance Superstars use in their shows (Jillina, the artistic director uses mainly Egyptian). I think you would enjoy Ansuya. I suggest watching some youtube preformances of her. Also, check out Shira.net for a source of DVD reviews.
